Solarcycle has halted its planned $500 million solar panel recycling and manufacturing facility in Cedartown, Georgia, due to uncertainty over federal tax credits. The company had already spent $50 million but is awaiting the outcome of the new federal budget, which may cut key clean energy incentives. The facility aimed to promote solar recycling and boost U.S. solar manufacturing.
